WATAGWARN? So I heard this track at a friends house the other day and was like 'DAMNNNN WHAT IS THIS?!? THESE VOCALS ARE SICK'. He informed me that it was a collabo between Steve Aoki and some guy called Zuper Blahq. Up until now I'd never heard of ZB but after some digging, I found that it's none other than Will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas. I knew that he was into Crookers' sound from an interview he did a while back but had no idea he'd started up a sideproject like this. He's now on the Dim Mak label and will be performing at their upcoming event DIM MAK MIAMI (which looks so so sick....damn you Yanks for having such amazing club nights).

I'm throwing in the original collaboration track aswell as the Gigi Borocco remix and Zuper Blahqs latest track 'Here We Go'. Check the video for 'In The House' below the download links. ENJOY.

ACTION MOVIE HERO BOY

HELLO folks. So last night I went to The Arches in London. I danced myself into a disco frenzy. Anyway, I got in at about six this morning, had a sleep and woke up to two brilliant new tracks from my pal ACTION MOVIE HERO BOY. He's really taking big strides musically. His stuff just gets better and better.

Originally from Moldova, he moved to Shreveport, Louisiana, when he was nine. Not having a great deal of music to listen to when he was younger, he took a while to find something he liked the sound of. When a friend introduced him to Daft Punk, something clicked. He thought 'Cool. I want to do that'.

Have a listen to his new EP and see what you think. It has a sort of 80's teen movie feel to it. Personally, I think this boy could be snapped up by Valerie sometime soon. I'm giving you two tracks today. ENJOY.

SORRY I haven't posted in a while guys. I've been busy sorting some shit out.

Today I'm bringing you two tracks from Chromeo. I've been waiting for some new Chromeo material for a while now...and its finally here. 'Night By Night' is one of the single most perfect disco tunes I've heard in a long LONG time. A perfect blend of synth and guitar. The lyrics are brilliant, the beat is brilliant. This song is just 100% incredible.

That leads me onto the other track I'm giving you. It's a bit old I know but I hadn't heard it until last night. Treasure Fingers has worked his disco magic once again with the bands track '100%'. HELLO all you music lovers out there. Today I bring you an array of beautiful and wonderful tracks that should make you very VERY happy indeed.

Before all that though, I'd like to talk about a project me and a friend are starting. We live in a countryside town that's not really got much in the ways of 'entertainment' and if we want to hit a club then we have to catch a train to London. So we thought 'We've had enough of this. Lets start a fucking club right HERE.' So we are now in the process of getting permission to start a 15 - 18 club night as well as an 18+ night. We both know a few DJs who wouldn't mind spinning a few tunes for some wild kids every now and then. It should be all sorted by November - December time so I'll keep you posted.

A BRILLIANT WEEKEND UNTIL...

OK so I just got back from Reading Festival...and it was SICK. I saw MSTRKRFT and danced so hard that I ruined the heels of my feet whilst soaking my white socks in blood. Delightful...isn't it.

Anyway. My weekend was completely ruined with the news of DJ AM's death. The man was a mash-up genius and will be dearly missed by all who knew him or loved what he did.
